Newsflash 22 June

We received good news at last Friday's press conference. More and more is possible soon. Also for Aerofit, we are entering the summer with more freedom, but still with safety first! Many Corona rules and obligations also expire for the fitness industry. The most important rule, keep as much as possible 1.5 m distance from each other within Aerofit, will still apply for the time being. No more reservation for fitness and Milon circle The biggest change will be that from Saturday 26 June there will no longer be a need to reserve for a fitness or Milon training. This will give an even better spread as not everyone will be entering and leaving at the same time. So you can come as often and stay as long as you want! Of course, this phase also takes some getting used to for us all. We will see how and if it works this way and where necessary we will adjust. Important! Still take a cleaning bottle and cloth when entering the gym to clean the device after use. PAY ATTENTION! Reserved training sessions on 26 to 29 June will of course be canceled automatically. You can come whenever you want! Reservations for the group classes For the group classes we still work with the reservation system as you are used to via the Sportivity App. What is new, is that from this Saturday you no longer have to take into account that you can enter 7 minutes in advance. So you can come earlier. From Saturday you can also put down your stuff for the Step and Bodypump class yourself. Still bring a cleaning bottle and cloth into class to clean the materials used, after class. You can still book a maximum of 1 group class per day, via the Sportivity App. You can, however, combine this with fitness or Milon training. If you would like to take a second group class on the same day, you can call the reception (070-5119645) or come by. If there is space, the reception can book the second class for you. This way we give all members an equal opportunity to book classes. Outdoor circuit training sessions go inside From June 26th we will move the outdoor circuit training sessions inside, in the form of Synrgy training (as before the first lock down). This training also lasts 45 minutes and takes place around the Synrgy training device in the fitness area. You must make a reservation for the Synrgy training sessions via the Sportivity App. New on the schedule, Synrgy on Sunday at 09.15! Cancel group lessons We kindly but urgently request you to cancel your group class in time if you are unable to attend. It regularly happens that classes are not or very late canceled, so members who are on the waiting list cannot come and work out. You can cancel your training up to 4 hours in advance via the Sportivity App, shorter in advance by telephone (070-5119645). It can always happen that something (urgent) comes in between, just don't forget to cancel. Thanks in advance for your cooperation! Masks no longer required From Saturday 26 June it is no longer mandatory to wear a mask within Aerofit. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, that is of course possible. Indoor catering open From this Saturday it will be possible again to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a healthy smoothie inside. The lounge will then be partially open again. Partly, because we still want to use part of the lounge area for members who prefer to change their shoes in the lounge instead of inside the locker rooms. Of course our terrace will remain open outside! Stick to the most important rules! We are very happy with more freedom and we would like to keep it that way. As you probably know, group classes, including spinning, are allowed again from June 5th. You can now book for your favorite group lesson via the Sportivity App. After downloading you must register via a separate link. If you send us an email (info@aerofit.nl) or call 070-5119645, we will send you the link to the App (also check your spam/advertising). If you can't manage to make a reservation via the App or if you don't have a smartphone or tablet, you can always call Aerofit and we can book training sessions manually, no problem! PAY ATTENTION! You can always book a week -/- two hours in advance. For example, if you want to participate in the Bodyshape on Saturday June 12 at 10.15, you can make a reservation for this from Saturday June 5, at 12.15. This way we give all members a fair chance to make a reservation. The group classes rules You can make 7 reservations per week, one group lesson/training per day. If you want to follow a 2nd group lesson/training, you can call on the day itself (070-5119645) or ask at the reception on arrival if there is room. The reception staff will then book you in for a second lesson/training that day. You can enter 7 minutes before time. Wear a mask when entering and leaving Aerofit, the mask may be removed in the sports area.When entering the sports area, bring a spray and cloth. After the training, you clean your own material/spinning bike. Please leave the cloth in the laundry basket, spray back on the table. Disinfect your hands before and after class. When cleaning up materials, keep your distance from each other. Please leave the room one by one, keep your distance from each other.Virtual classes group-fitness room. The possibility to take virtual classes in our group-fitness room will be canceled as of June 5th. We look forward to seeing you live again in one of our classes, under the professional guidance of an instructor. Use spinning room As long as we are not allowed to spin with the normal number of participants, you can still train individually on our spinning bikes. If you want to use this service, you can make a reservation at the reception (070-5119645). Changing rooms, showers, and sauna open again Finally, our dressing rooms, showers, and sauna can open again. This is also subject to the condition that we keep 1.5 m from each other. For that reason, a maximum of 2 people can use the shower and a maximum of 4 people can use the sauna, at the same time. To give everyone the opportunity to use these facilities, we kindly ask you to shower shortly and to do one sauna round per visit if it's busy. Thank you in advance for your understanding! Do you only want to change your shoes? Then you can still use the option to do this around the bar. You can then store your belongings in the compartments. Bar inside The bar inside and lounge area should be allowed to open inside, but this is only allowed by reservation. That won't work in our case. Fortunately, the weather will be lovely in the near future and you can order drinks to go at the bar, which you can then enjoy on our sunny terrace in front of the door. Hopefully, there will soon also be more possible as regards the bar. Number of people in the fitness room In principle, the number of people in one room may increase from 30 to 50 from June 5, provided that the 1.5 m is guaranteed. To us, it seems difficult to have 50 people in our fitness room. That is why we are still sticking to 30 people (24 in the fitness, 6 in the Milon circle). We will keep a close eye on developments in the coming period and we will adjust the numbers where possible. Take responsibility! We are very happy that there is so much more possible and we would like to keep it that way. We trust that everyone will take their responsibility with regard to the following two main points: Do not come to Aerofit if you have complaints. Get tested and wait for the results. Keep distance from each other inside and outside Aerofit. Enjoy the regained freedoms, but use them wisely. Together we can do this!

Is it finally going to happen?! As indicated in the press conference yesterday, we may open our doors again on Wednesday 19 May, provided that the Corona numbers continue to decrease. The government will take a final decision on this on Monday, May 17, but so far the development looks positive. Of course, we are very happy. We have been closed for too long, now it is time for positive things. Unfortunately (but understandably) we are not going back to normal straight away, back to how cozy and nice it was before Corona. That time will come again. Until then, we will have to deal with the following conditions: A maximum of 30 people per room (just like in December, before the 2nd lockdown). Training on reservation and with a health check via our reservation App. Bar closed inside, but the possibility to get 'to go' items. Consumptions can be consumed on our terrace in front of the entrance. No use of showers and sauna. Changing room only used for shoe change and use of a locker, changing cloths must be done at home. You can still change shoes around the bar. No group lessons. Training on reservation Booking the training sessions is done via the Sportivity App. After downloading you must register via a separate link. If you send us an email (info@aerofit.nl) or call 070-5119645, we will send you the link to the App (also check your spam/advertising). If you can't manage to make a reservation via the App or if you don't have a smartphone or tablet, you can always call Aerofit and we can book training sessions manually, no problem! Our reservation rules Training can be reserved 2 hours after the start of your training, for a week later. So if, for example, you have reserved a training on Wednesday, May 19 at 09.30, you can reserve your training for Wednesday, May 26 at 09.30 on Wednesday, May 19 at 11.30, etc. Is a training block full? Then you can put yourself on the reserve list. You will receive an email when a place becomes available, on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve 7 training sessions per week, it is not allowed to reserve two training blocks in a row. A training block lasts 60 minutes. If you want to train longer, ask the fitness trainer if you can stay the hour after your reserved block. The trainer will then reserve the next block for you if there is room. You can cancel your training sessions no later than 4 hours in advance via the App. If you are unexpectedly unable to come for your training at the last minute, you can call Aerofit. Please cancel in time, so that someone else has the opportunity to reserve the training.Which times can you reserve?With an unlimited subscription, you can make unlimited reservations. With an off-peak subscription, you can book with a start time between 12:00 and 16:00. If you have an unlimited student subscription, you can make a reservation from 12:00. If you have a student subscription during off-peak hours, you can make a reservation with a starting time between 12:00 and 17:00.A maximum of 7 reservations per week applies to all subscriptions.Should the government decide that we are not allowed to open from 19 May, the reserved fitness and Milon training sessions will automatically expire. Please keep the following in mind Change your clothes at home, only change your shoes within Aerofit.You can come in 7 minutes before your training, don't come too early. Take as few (valuable) items as possible with you because of limited storage space. Towel use (as usual) required. After your training you change your shoes and go outside, do not stay inside unnecessarily long. After use, clean your training equipment with a spray and cloth that you will find at the entrance to the fitness area. Keep 1.5 m apart. Training together within a separate training area is not allowed. Mask required upon entry and exit. Mask may be taken off in the sports area. We also expect that our members take responsibility themselves. If you are not fit and you have complaints such as a sore throat, sneezing, coughing and/or fever, you are not allowed to come and exercise. You are also not allowed to come exercise if you have been ill 3 days before your training, if you are awaiting the result of a Corona test or if someone close to you has Corona. If an employee has doubts about someone's health situation, access can be refused. Group lessons We understand the disappointment among members who enjoy taking group lessons. We are also very disappointed that we are not allowed to give group lessons within the club yet. Until then, we will continue to offer lessons via ZOOM. We will also continue with our outdoor training in the form of circuit training and Bootcamp. In addition, our YouTube channel (AerofitHC) will remain in the air and we will continue to post new training videos here as long as we are not allowed to give group lessons indoors. The ZOOM and outdoor training courses must also be reserved via the Sportivity app. It is also possible to follow virtual group lessons (Step, Bodyshape, Bodypump, Bodybalance, Yoga, Pilates) via a large TV screen in our group classroom, with a maximum of two people at the same time. If you want to make use of this, please call the reception (070-5119645) to make a reservation. Advantages of the virtual lessons compared to training at home: equipment available, lots of space, and air conditioning / good ventilation. You can also use the spinning room by appointment. If you have no fitness or Milon experience but would you like to train indoors, please call the reception to schedule an appointment with a trainer to make a personal training program. Location Outdoor training From the moment we open inside, our circuit training sessions will move to the back of our building, Van Hallstraat nr 24. This leaves us enough space at the front of the building for members to walk in and out and the bicycles can simply be stored again. You can park your bicycle at the back of the building, but no cars can be parked at the back. If you come by car, please park it at the front of Aerofit and then walk to the back of the building. Our Bootcamp take place in Meijendel, meeting point field opposite de Pannenkoekenboerderij. We assume that gradually more and more will be possible so that we can run Aerofit again in a way we all love. Taking a nice shower after exercise, going into the sauna and enjoying a cup of coffee together around our bar. Exercising whenever and for as long as you want, without reservations. We will have to deal with Zoom lessons and our outdoor training for a little longer. Unfortunately for our industry still no changes. Fortunately, more and more members find their way to Aerofit again and join our outdoor training courses, in addition to our ZOOM lessons. It is very nice to see our members again and to have action around the club, hoping that we can workout indoors again soon. We all have such a need for it and it is getting more and more difficult for everyone to keep up. Lockdown massage by Linda In recent weeks, the old child care room has been refurbished and transformed into a beautiful practice / treatment room. The room is for rent, but no permanent tenant has been found yet. This gave Linda an idea…… As long as Aerofit is still closed, Linda will pick up her old profession as a sports masseuse again. Linda is a certified NGS sports masseur and in the early years of Aerofit she had a successful sports massage practice within Aerofit. The combination of massaging, teaching, having young children and managing the club became too hard at one point and Linda decided to stop her massage pratice. We hear from many members that they get more and more physical complaints from working home, sitting still for too long and because of no or too little exercise. Massage could solve or reduce many of these complaints. Now that the lockdown is going to take longer and most of the work inside Aerofit is done, Linda has time for other activities. So, do you suffer from back, neck or shoulders complaints due to working from home or due to Corona stress? Or do you train a lot outside and do your leg muscles need maintenance? We can therefore have a maximum of 16 people per circuit training. You must make a reservation for our outdoor training courses. Despite the conviction that exercising is part of the solution in this crisis, instead of part of the problem, we are still not allowed to open our doors for our members. Also, the fact that we were able to open safely and responsibly after the first lockdown on 1 July 2020, with the right measures and with a well-thought-out plan, does not help us to open again on March 2. We don't understand this! Behind the scenes, the VES and NLActief are very busy with lobbying. There are important conversations between the government and Ministry of VWS and the VES and NL Actief. We hope that positive news will follow soon, of which we will of course inform you. In addition, the fitness industry will take action on Saturday 27 February to draw attention to the importance of opening gyms again for public health. More information about this will follow via social media, so keep an eye on Facebook and Instagram. Good news came for Vicky. She may reopen her beauty salon la Luxe from 3 March. So if you need a relaxing beauty treatment, epilation, waxing, eyelash or eyebrow tinting or one of the other treatments that Vicky offers, make an appointment with her (06-51515116). We actually wanted to keep it as an opening surprise, but now that we are not allowed to open yet, we cannot wait any longer. We love to share the metamorphosis of our group classroom with you. It was a huge job, but we are very happy with the result! We hear from lots of members that Aerofit is sorely missed. We can tell you that that feeling is mutual. The team is more motivated than ever and is waiting for you to come back! We have to wait for the signal that we can start again. Update after closing

After the initial shock by the news that we had to close our doors again, we decided not to give up. Of course it is very disappointing, but we have to get through this. The importance of a properly functioning immune system is clear to all of us. Sufficient exercise plays a crucial role in this. Despite the fact that we are physically closed, we still want to make sure that our members keep moving. We offer 2 options: 1.Aerofit Home workout videos Our YouTube channel (AerofitHC) is still active. Here you will find more than 160 videos of our own instructors. Workouts that you can follow at home at a time that suits you. You have a wide choice of various workouts: Bodyshape, Yoga, Step, Bodypump, Workout of the day, Pilates and much more. We will also regularly post new videos on this channel. 2. Group lessons via Zoom Besides our YouTube video's we will be offering a number of our group lessons via live streaming from tomorrow. You can then follow the group lesson at home, live at the time you usually come to Aerofit, together with your favorite instructor. The classes will be given in such a way that you can also follow the class at home without material or with adapted material. How does Zoom work? As an Aerofit member you can register for our online lessons via the Sportivity App. You will then also receive an explanation of how Zoom works. The online class schedule is available now and you can register for the online classes from tomorrow. From Monday, November 30, we will offer an extra service voor members only: Take classes at home via ZOOM. A number of classes that are given inside the club, will also be offered via ZOOM. We deliberately chose Body & Mind classes because these classes can be best realized through ZOOM in terms of image and sound. You can take the following classes at home from November 30: – Monday Yoga 10.15 – Monday Pilates 20.30 – Tuesday Yin yoga 20.30 – Wednesday Yoga 10.15 – Wednesday Yoga 20.30 – Friday Yin yoga 11.30 – Sunday Body balance 10.15 If you follow one of these classes inside the club, a camera will be aimed at the instructor. Group classes News

From Thursday, November 19, we can offer our group class again in the club as we were used to before November 5. We are of course very happy with that! So we would like to see you again at the club in our live classes from next Thursday. Make sure you have reserved your spot via the Sportivity App! In recent weeks we have offered a number of group classes via ZOOM. Your favorite workout at home in your living room! We receive various responses to this, from “great" to “not for me". This ZOOM period, which is also new to us, has given us progressive insight. How nice would it be if we can serve our members in both areas? So both live classes in the club and live streaming classes via ZOOM to follow at home? We are working hard to further improve the technology surrounding the ZOOM classes. We still need some time to use ZOOM as effectively as possible and to arrange the logistics as well as possible. From Monday, November 30, you can also follow a number of lessons that are taught live in the club via live streaming at home. More information about the ZOOM classes will follow next week. Virtual group classes To further increase the capacity of our group classes, we have decided to offer a number of virtual classes in our group class room from Monday 23 November. You can follow a class from one of our Aerofit instructors on the big screen. Cycle zone A number of spinners gratefully use our Cycle zone: individual spinning training in the spinning room. We have therefore decided to continue to offer this at certain times of the week. Follow a mountain stage on the big screen or follow an online spinning lesson on your phone from, for example, Les Mills on demand (RPM or Sprint). We will not be playing music in the spinning room as the door must be left open and this may be disruptive to members exercising in the gym. Bring your own music and earphones to your spinning training! Last night, the government announced additional measures. The good news is that we can stay open. Nothing will change for the fitness area and the Milon Circle. Not so good news is that we are not allowed to offer group lessons for the next 2 weeks, starting tomorrow. This means no spinning, Synrgy and any other group lessons. This news came completely unexpected and we did not see it coming. All reservations for group lessons from 5 to (and including) 18 November will be canceled for that reason. But we are not giving up and we will again come up with creative solutions. Group lessons via Zoom For the members who follow group lessons, we will be offering a large number of our group lessons via live streaming from Friday. You can then follow the group lesson live at the time you are used to coming to Aerofit, together with your favorite instructor. The lessons will be given in such a way that you can also follow the lesson at home without material or with adapted material. In this way you stay in shape, so that you can join the lessons at our club again in 2 weeks without any problems. How does Zoom work? As an Aerofit member you can register for our online lessons via the Sportivity App. You will then also receive an explanation of how Zoom works. The online class schedule will be available from 12.00 tomorrow and you can register for the online classes from Friday 6 November. Stay connected, work out together at home! Bootcamp Because we are allowed to go outside with only 2 people, the Bootcamp on Sunday will be cancelled for the next 2 weeks. We will pick it up again on Sunday 22 November. Shape zone, Cycle zone During times when no Zoom group lessons are given, members can use the group fitness room for training. One person can train in a separate area. You can use all training materials in this room. Such as the step, Bodypump barbells, mats, dumbells, resistance bands, etc. You can also use the room for yoga, Pilates and stretching exercises. Make a reservation for “Shape zone" via the Sportivity App. PAY ATTENTION! When entering the room, take a spray and cloth with you. Please clean the materials after use and leave them in the training compartment. You can also use the spinning bikes in our Cycle zone in the coming weeks. Make a reservation for “Cycle zone" via the Sportivity App. You can do your own individual spinning training on motivational music. If you want to do some exercises in the fitness after your spinning training, you can ask the fitness trainer if there is room available. You can register for the Shape and Cycle zone from 12 noon tomorrow for Friday 6 November. Training in these areas is at your own risk, there is no trainer available. Resistance bands for home use We sell resistance bands that you can use at home for our online training sessions. Very useful for especially the CXWorx lessons and the Bodyshape lessons. They are available at the reception for € 7.50 each. Aerofit Home workout videos Our YouTube channel (AerofitHC) is still active. Here you will find more than 160 videos of our own instructors. Training that you can follow at home at a time that suits you. You have a wide choice of various workouts: Bodyshape, Yoga, Step, Bodypump, Workout of the day, Pilates and much more. Exercise in the gym In the coming weeks you can train in the Fitness area and the Milon Circle. If you have no experience with fitness training, you can make an appointment at the reception with one of our trainers to make a personal fitness schedule. This might also be a good opportunity to try a free Milon training, if you are interested in a Milon subscription. The ban on group lessons will last for 2 weeks, from Thursday 19 November we will see each other again live in the lessons at our club. Corona news IV

Locker rooms open again If you use the dressing room as a locker room and not as a dressing room, the locker room is allowed to open again. The locker rooms may not be used for changing, but can be used to change shoes and to put things in a locker. Extensive changing is NOT allowed. So come to Aerofit in your sportswear (long training pants over short sports pants are allowed). So don't come in a three-piece suit! ;-) Of course you can still change shoes around the bar. This way we create more space again during the time slot changes. The locker rooms will be open again from tomorrow. Material group lesson To keep even more space between members in the group class room, we decided to prepare all the equipment before the Bodypump classes, including 1 set of plates. Of course you can grab some extra plates if you need to, but at least this ensures less traffic around the Bodypump rack. After the Bodypump class you can leave all the material on the floor (plates, barbell, mats and step). This will be cleaned up by our employees. Also for all other classes, all used material (such as mats, dumbells, yoga blocks, etc.) may remain on the floor at the end of the lesson. Numbers in the group class room and in the spinning room In the group classroom there are now numbers (1 to 5) on the round stickers on the floor. We are going to use these numbers to better control “traffic” in the group classroom. If material has to be picked up during the class (e.g. dumbells or mats) first all numbers 1 take the material and go back to their place, then all numbers 2 etc. The spinning bikes are also numbered (1 to 6). This way we want to ensure that members can keep more distance when leaving the room. For both the spinning room and the group class room, after the lesson, first the nrs 1 leave the room, then the nrs 2 etc. The instructor is a “traffic controller” but is not a police officer, so we assume that all participants in our lessons will take their own responsibility in this. It is not getting easier for us, but we do everything we can to stay open. We count on everyone to stick to the rules so that we can continue to work on a healthy lifestyle and thereby strengthen our immune system. Together we're strong!

Corona News III

Yesterday, the government announced new measures regarding the Coronavirus. The good news is that Aerofit remains open and we can continue our group classes! Fortunately, the new measures have limited consequences for the fitness industry. Gyms appear not to be a source of contamination worldwide. The government also sees the importance of a fit and healthy lifestyle in the fight against Corona. What will change for Aerofit from tomorrow? Some Synrgy times will be adjusted slightly. So pay attention to your reservation time, so that you do not miss your training! All evening Synrgy wil chance from 19.00 to 19:30 and Sunday 10.30 will chance to 10.15. Unfortunately we have to close the changing rooms again from tomorrow. We find that very unfortunate and not logical because opening the changing rooms ensures more spread. But these are the rules. Gathering outside with groups larger than 4 people, is no longer allowed from tomorrow. That's why we unfortunately have decided to remove the coffee machine. Despite how cozy it is, the coffee ensures that members linger a bit longer in front of the club. We are afraid that we will get into trouble, especially now that the catering industry is closed from tomorrow. Because it is no longer allowed to gather outside with more than 4 people from tomorrow, it seems we are no longer allowed to offer Bootcamp (Sunday morning) and Runnersclub (Wednesday evening). Of course this is quite hard to understand. Hopefully this will change soon. Our branch organization NLActief is still working on this. If there is more clarity about this, we will of course inform you. These rules apply at least until October 27. Then the government will re-evaluate. Safety first at Aerofit Together we must ensure that we can keep working out in a safe way at Aerofit. That is why the following 3 most important basic rules apply within Aerofit, in addition to the other measures such as wash / disinfect your hands, cough/sneeze in your elbow and clean your device after use: In case of complaints (sore throat, snot nose, cough, fever) stay home! Keep a distance of 1.5 m from each other as much as possible. Don't arrive too early for your training to avoid gathering in front of the building, waiting inside Aerofit is not allowed. Because Aerofit is not a public area, wearing mouth masks is a free choice within Aerofit. If you like it, you can wear a mouth mask. For example, you could wear a mouth mask when entering or leaving the building or at the start or end of a group class. Let Aerofit stay open so that we can work on a fit body and a relaxed mind. This is the basis of a strong immune system and therefore the best weapon against (virus) infections! More classes on the schedule From Thursday October 22, we will again add extra lessons to our class schedule to offer you even more opportunities to participate in our group classes. Cancel your reservation! We would like to emphasize once again that you must cancel your training if you unexpectedly cannot come. The classes are often full, with members on the waiting list. If you do not show up without unsubscribing, you will deprive someone else of a place in the class. You can cancel 4 hours before the lesson via the Sportivity App, you can cancel less than 4 hours before the lesson by telephone (070-5119645). This also applies to the fitness/Milon reservations.

October News II

Before the press conference on September 28, we had decided to reopen the bar on October 12. Due to the increase of infections and because the government has decided that sports canteens (which we also fall under) are not allowed to open, this will unfortunately won't happen. It is of course also a shame that we cannot open the showers and sauna due to the increase of contamination. That's why we will still offer free coffee and tea for the time being. So… enjoy it a little longer!   Keep your distance, even outside We want to remind everyone to respect the 1.5 m distance as much as possible inside, but also outside Aerofit.   You can enter 7 minutes before your reservation. If you are too early, you have to wait outside, to prevent people waiting in the hall or at the reception.   We understand that this is not really attractive in this weather so we are working on a solution. There is a permit application from the municipality for the installation of a 12 m wide awning at the front of the building. This application will be processed on Monday 12 October. We hope to hear good news soon.   Until then, don't come (much) too early for your workout.   Group lessons very well attended Very good to see that all our group lessons are so popular. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we ask you not to forget to cancel your grup lesson if you are unexpectedly unable to attend. This can be done up to 4 hours before your training via the Sportivity App or less than 4 hours in advance by telephone. This way you give other members a chance to join the class.   Members who are on the waiting list will receive an email that there is a spot available, whoever responds first can then register for the class. Always be on time for the group lessons. If you arrive late (= after the start time of your reservation) you have the chance that we will give your place to someone who is on the waiting list. F.I.T = Ferdy's Intensive Training Starting next week, Ferdy's Bootcamp will be canceled on Tuesday evenings. In its place there will be F.I.T. on the timetable on Tuesday at 18.00. This stands for Ferdy's Intensive Training ;-). This lesson is suitable for the (very) advanced athlete and lasts 45 minutes. Who dares to take this challenge? Mouth mask Wearing mouth masks is a free choice within Aerofit. If it makes you feel comfortable, you can wear it. For example, you could wear a mouth mask when entering or leaving the club or at the start or end of a group lesson. We continue to point out to everyone that keeping a distance of 1.5 m from each other as much as possible remains the most important rule within Aerofit. From today our fitness trainers will wear a mouth mask during Intakes and appointments for the Milon circle. We ordered special Aerofit mouth masks which we also sell at the reception, If you are interested you can buy one, they only cost € 6,00.

October news

We have decided to reopen the changing rooms on 1 October. If it is necessary to change clothes you can use the changing room. We still have the option of only changing shoes around the bar.   Because we do not allow more members than we do now and because we create more m2 of changing area, it will be less crowded around the bar during time slot switches. We will keep the showers and sauna closed for the time being to promote the flow as much as possible. A few points of attention: –Only use the changing room if you want to change. Otherwise, still change as much as possible at home so you only have to change your shoes inside Aerofit (around the bar). –Leave valuables at home, if that is not possible you can also hand in valuables at the reception. –Leave the locker room as soon as possible, so don't use it as a meetingpoint. –Keep a distance of 1.5 m from each other as much as possible in the locker room, we trust that everyone takes his / her responsibility in this. Extra group classes All our group classes are very well attended. We monitor the group training sessions on a daily basis and, if necessary and possible, we put more sessions on the schedule.   New on the class schedule: –From Thursday October 1 at 11.30 is Pilates with Angela. –From Friday, October 2, we offer the following Syngry training courses: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08.45 (30 minutes) and 09.15 (45 minutes). Register via our Sportivity App.   Jubilee Arnold has been working at Aerofit for already 15 years, on 1 October. In 2005 he came in as a young boy.
