Running course for beginners

On Thursday evening January 24, 19.30 we will start with an 8-weeks running course for beginners. Do you have little or no experience with running or has it been awhile since you ran, but would you like to pick up again? Then join this course under the guidance of running trainer Wilmar. Your running condition is calmly built up in 8 weeks and attention is paid to the correct running technique. We allow the body to get used to this ''new'' form of exercise, which prevents overloading and reduces the risk of injuries.
