Running Course for Beginners

On Tuesday evening, May 22nd at 19.30 hours, we start with a running course for beginners. Do you have little or no experience with running or has it been a long time ago, but would you like to pick it up again? Then join this course under the guidance of trainer Ron. Your running condition will be built up in 6 weeks and attention is paid to the correct running technique. This way your body will get used to this "new" form of exercise, which prevents overload and reduces the risk of injuries.
