Functional training clinics April: Kettlebell
This month the functional training clinics are dedicated to the Kettlebell.
The Kettlebell is a cast iron weight. It looks a bit like a cannonball with a handle and is originally from Russia. Kettlebell training is not a hype, but a scientifically based training that has been proven to improve strength, speed, coordination and core stability.
Do you want to train your entire body or do you want to concentrate on certain muscle groups? In both cases, Kettlebell training is a good choice. The exercises are very diverse and can be used for different muscle groups. A Kettlebell workout stimulates fat burning and builds muscles.
