21 day Challenge
After a very successful 2nd edition of the 21 day Challenge, the 3rd edition is already on the agenda. This will start on Tuesday, January 22nd and will take place in the morning. The Challenge is led by nutrition coach and Personal trainer Brigitte Lommers. The 21 day Challenge boosts your fat burning while retaining muscle mass, you will lose at least 3 kilos and you will feel fit!
Content of the program:
- 21 day nutrition program;
- including hand out with tips and 35 recipes;
- train twice a week in a group (Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30);
- weigh and measure once a week;
- 3 evaluation moments with personal advice.
