To keep working out at Aerofit for all our members, we ask our members to adhere to our house rules, making it a nice visit for every member.

General

• It is mandatory to wear clean indoor shoes inside the sports area (change shoes in the changing room).
• Use of a towel on equipment and mats is mandatory.
• Clean your device/material after use.
• It is not permitted to take photos and/or videos within Aerofit without permission from Aerofit.
• Making phone calls in the training rooms is not allowed.

Sauna/shower

• Showering before a sauna visit is mandatory.
• Underwear/swimwear is not allowed.
• Sit or lay on a towel inside the sauna, also with your feet.
• Use of body and hair oil inside the sauna is not allowed.
• It is not allowed to pour any liquids on the sauna heater yourself.
• Shaving/brushing teeth in the shower is not allowed.
